Nose: Bright and Pungent, Peaches and Cream Corn, Caramel, Vanilla, Blackberries, Oak, Toffee, hints of smoke and raisins.
Palate: Sweet Corn, Toffee, Raisins, Red Wine, A little spice and smoke.

Notes: The newest addition to Jefferson's Whiskey family takes it's cues from an unlikely source. Napa Valley, the botteling is aged for 6 years in American oak and then for 9 months in ex-Cabernet Sauvignon casks made of French oak from Groth Vineyards & Winery in Oakville , Napa Valley.that were stored in a hot box, allowing the wine notes in the wood to sweat out more rapidly.  the end result is a subtle bourbon with heavy cherry & vanilla notes & a light kick at the end.
